Why halalbari

Halal earning is an important issue for every Muslim. The body or generation that will be formed by the wealth earned illegally in any way other than halal will be the fuel of hell. With that, one's life in this world will be destroyed, one's family life will be ruined - there is punishment in the Hereafter. Therefore, everyone has to dedicate themselves to earning halal.

Halalbari.com strives to follow all Islamic business principles and conditions.

The first thing a Muslim entrepreneur needs to know is what is principle of halal business? In Islam, an honest businessman will be with the truthful and martyrs on the Day of Resurrection.

Therefore, it is important for every Muslim to have a clear idea about priciple of halal business.

The Prophet (SW) said: There is nothing better than halal food earned by two hands (Bukhari). The Prophet (SW) also said that a person who tries to support himself and his family with halal food is like a mujahid in the way of Allah.

Islam instructs to make a living by earning halal. Allah (SWT) says : “O you who believe, do not consume one another's wealth illicitly among yourselves (Verse 23 of Surah Al-Baqara).

Principles of business in Islam:

1. No one can be harmed in business:

The Prophet (SW) decided that,"One should not hurt oneself and harm others." (Verse 42 of Surah Al-Baqarah)

2. Cheating, deception and cheating cannot be done:

It is completely haram to continue saying bad things as good, to mix good with evil and to deceive.

3. Lies cannot be resorted to:

Allaah says (SWT): ﴿وَلَا تَلۡبِسُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ وَتَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ الب [Al-Baqarah: 4]

“You will not mix truth with untruth. Don't hide the truth knowingly. " (Verse 42 of Surah Al-Baqarah)

It is normal for a believer to have faults, which are acceptable; But the guilt of lying and betrayal in a believer cannot be accepted at all.

4- Weight cannot be reduced to self-interest:

It is a heinous crime to give less weight when giving to others and to take more when taking. “Destruction is for those who give less in measure. Those who take full measure of time from people. And when they are weighed, they give less. " [Surah Al-Mutaffifin, verses: 1-3]

5- False oath cannot be taken for selling goods:

The Prophet (SW) said, «ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله ولا ينظر إليهم ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم: المنان الذي لا يعطي شيئا إلا منه, والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الفاجر, والمسبل إزاره». On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not speak to the three persons in any way, will not flinch at them, will not purify them, and for them is a painful punishment. One of them sells his business products under false pretenses. "

6- You cannot deceive yourself and you cannot deceive others:

The Messenger of Allah (SW), said, "When you buy and sell, you will say that I will not take any responsibility for any fraud or deception. You have the right to return the product within three days."

7- Interest cannot be mixed with business:

Regarding the consequences of usury/interest, Allaah (SWT) says: ﴿ٱلَّذِينَ يَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْ لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ ٱلَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ مِنَ ٱلۡمَسِّۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَا ٱلۡبَيۡعُ مِثۡلُ ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۗ وَأَحَلَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡبَيۡعَ وَحَرَّمَ - ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۚ ٢٧٥ “Those who eat usury/interest will stand on the Day of Resurrection like those who are enamored with Satan. This is because they say that buying and selling (business) is like usury/interest, whereas Allah has made business lawful and usury/interest unlawful. [Surah Al-Baqara, Ayat: 275]

8- Refraining from doing business based on conjecture:

Different types of compensation are still in use today. To sell fruit on a tree in exchange for fruit extracted from a tree is called mu'abana. Muhakala is the practice of selling uncultivated food grains such as wheat, boots, etc. in the field at an estimated price in exchange for dry cleaning food such as wheat, boots, etc. After the revelation of the verses of interest, the Prophet (SW) included them in usury/interest.

9- One should not try to kill the property of others:

Allaah (SWT) says: O you who are believers! : “O you who believe, do not devour one another's goods unjustly. Only business that is done with your mutual consent is legal. " [Surah An-Nisa, verse: 29]

Things to do for business brothers:

1. Paying Zakat:

Allaah (SWT) says : )ومآ ءاتيتم من ربا ليربوا في أمول ٱلناس فلا يربوا عند ٱلله ومآ ءاتيتم من زكوة تريدون وجه ٱلله فأولئك هم ٱلمضعفون 39( [الروم: 39] “And whatever interest you pay, it does not increase with Allah in order to increase the wealth of the people. And whatever zakat you pay, they seek the pleasure of Allah (so it increases) and they are rich in many things. [Surah Room, verse: 39]

It is clear from the verses that wealth is increased by zakat and not interest. The consequences of interest are very tragic. We have to be very careful to avoid and stay away from interest.

2. Following the principles of Islam in transactions:

Allah has given clear instructions regarding any business transaction and transaction,“O you who believe! When you exchange for a term, write it down, and a scribe among you will write it down equitably; … Witness two,  [Surah Al-Baqara, Ayat: 282]

3. Avoid adulteration of food:

People who mix adulterated food will see humiliation and failure in the world with their own eyes. They will have to suffer severe punishment in the Hereafter. Allaah (SWT) says: ( وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُواْ ٱلۡخَبِيثَ بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ ٢﴾ [النساء: ٢  "And do not replace the unclean with the clean." [Surah An-Nisa, verse: 2]

4. To have the mentality of doing good:

A cordial relationship will be formed when both the business and the customer feel we have benefited. In this, both the parties will get the reward of mutual cooperation and sympathy.

5. Focus on human service:

The Prophet (SW) said, ت التَّاجِرُ الصَّدُوقُ الأمِينُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ "Truthful and believing merchants will stand with the prophets, saints and martyrs on the Day of Judgment." Entrepreneurs create job opportunities for others. Being employed means that unemployment is a lot, one's way of halal income is widened, human resources of the state are developed - all these are the instructions of Islam.
